Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to ensuring your flower wraps reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Dutch public holidays). Orders placed on a business day before 11:00 are usually shipped the same day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery times (see point 4) start after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted carriers and select the most suitable shipping method for each order. This ensures reliable and efficient delivery to professional florists in France.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is available only from the Netherlands to professional florists in France. Our shipping rates are:

  • Order €0 – €50: €14.00
  • Order €50 – €150: €28.00
  • Order €150 – €450: €37.00
  • Free shipping for orders €450 and above

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, starting once the order has been dispatched:

  • France: typically 2–3 working days after dispatch

Please note these are estimated transit times. Factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, may affect the actual delivery date.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order via the Order History section.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delivery Issues

Shipping carriers may observe holidays, which can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
