Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Emova x Decowraps! We want our professional florist customers to be completely satisfied with their flower wraps. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return is requested within 20 days of receiving the order.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orderseur@decowraps.com. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant images if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Authorization

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number on the outside of the return package. Returns without a valid RA number may not be processed.

Shipping the Return

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items. Emova x Decowraps is not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at orderseur@decowraps.com. Include your order number and clear images of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned.
