1. Activate Your Account

If you are a florist within the Emova Group network, you can request a B2B account to access our curated selection of sustainable flower packaging.

How to request an account:

  • Click [here] (link to the account request form).
  • Fill in your professional details and provide your store information.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive your login credentials via email.

2. Logging In

After your account is activated, log in to your B2B portal using the icon in the top right corner of the website (the circular profile icon).

From your account dashboard, you can:

  • View your complete order history
  • Track real-time order statuses
  • Instantly download invoices
  • Update saved addresses and account details
  • View reports such as your most purchased products

3. Placing Orders

Placing an order is simple and intuitive:

  1. Browse the product categories in the menu (Sheets, Picks, Wraps, Gift Bags, Accessories).
  2. In each product, select the desired quantity per inner pack or box, then click “Add to Cart”.
  3. Choose your preferred payment option and complete the order.

Quick Ordering & Reordering:

  • Use Quick Order to search by product name, SKU, or barcode.
  • Duplicate past orders in one click for faster reordering.
  • Checkout using saved shipping addresses and pre-agreed payment terms (e.g., Pay on Account).

Shopping Lists & Saved Orders:

  • Create and manage shopping lists for your favourite or frequently ordered products.
  • Instantly build orders based on your shopping lists.
  • Share lists with your team for seamless collaboration.
